Lance M. Tigyer, D.O.

Board Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeon Board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery, I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of surgical and non-surgical conditions related to failed back surgery. I am an expert in addressing issues that include symptoms resulting from failed back surgery, such as continued pain post-surgery, spinal stenosis, cervical and lumbar disc problems, sciatica, degenerative disc disease, arthritis of the spine, fractures, and adult scoliosis, among others. I provide numerous conservative treatments such as epidural injections, facet injections, sacroiliac joint injections, and physical therapy for patients who do not require surgery; however, if surgery becomes necessary, I offer expert care using minimally invasive techniques to ensure the best possible outcome. When I am not attending to my patients, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my wife and three children.
